POSITION SUMMARY
As the Desktop Technician with Liberty Diversified International, you will be a primary service contact who responds to and resolves end–user inquiries, service requests, and problems. You will join a team dedicated to providing excellent client device end-user hardware and software support.
 
This full-time position reports directly to the Desktop Support Manager at LDI’s headquarters in New Hope, Minnesota. This is position is primarily on-site with hybrid capabilities and travel.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide support to clients by troubleshooting and repairing all devices
  • Coordinate call ticket dispatch and resolution
  • Complete software/hardware installation and verification
  • Set up and configure hardware and peripherals for all LDI employees
  • Support client-server applications
  • Be a part of an after-hours on-call rotation team once every seven weeks
  • Other duties, as assigned
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
  • Business/technical degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-3 years of related experience in the IT Desktop support field
  • Experience working with MS Office 365, Windows 10 or 11, and related operating systems
  • Cybersecurity threat mitigation and response experience
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively manage internal relationships
  • Ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot issues in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel up to 15%

  • Bilingual Spanish/English
