Liberty Diversified International is looking for a Senior Learning and Development Business Partner to lead efforts in creating a culture of continuous learning, skill enhancement, and personal growth for our employees and leaders. The Senior Learning and Development Business Partner is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing learning and development initiatives that align with LDI’s strategic goals and objectives. This role plays a pivotal part in enhancing the skills and knowledge of employees and leaders, thereby driving organizational performance. The ideal candidate is passionate about learning, demonstrates strong leadership skills, and has experience developing and managing learning programs. This full time, hybrid position is located at LDI’s corporate headquarters in New Hope, MN and reports directly to the Sr. Organization Effectiveness Manager.


  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify learning needs and align programs with organizational objectives.
  • Develop and design learning programs, workshops, webinars, videos, and other resources that support the development of individuals and leaders to achieve LDI’s strategic objectives.
  • Manage our overall portfolio of interpersonal effectiveness, leadership development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion content. Deliver content to learners in engaging, effective, and innovative ways. 
  • Curate content and resources to support learning objectives, while managing partnerships with our external partners.
  • Utilize broad knowledge of adult learning to ensure learning delivery meets the needs of learners with various learning styles, work contexts, abilities, and language needs.
  • Develop and execute communications plans to market learning opportunities to targeted audiences and communicate program information to participants.
  • Facilitate workshops, webinars, and other training. Provide 1:1 coaching to participants of specific programs (as defined in program design).
  • Establish, measure, and report on key metrics to establish the effectiveness of learning programs, while gathering feedback continuously to improve offerings.
  • Partner with the Learning Management System administrator to offer programs through the LMS system and ensure they are delivered in an effective and efficient way.
  • Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in the learning and leadership development field.

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Education, or a related field and 5+ years’ Learning & Development experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Demonstrated experience developing and delivering learning programs and development content.
  • Extensive knowledge of adult learning principles, and ability to design learning content to meet learning objectives.
  • Consultative ability to identify development needs, work with stakeholders, and influence at multiple levels of the organization.
  • Possesses strong strategic orientation, ability to think critically, and evaluate broad impacts of work.
  • Demonstrated leadership and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience successfully managing long-term programs while balancing multiple projects simultaneously. 


  • Master’s Degree preferred in Human Resources, Organization Development, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in developing e-learning content.
