LDI Community Involvement

We are deeply committed to making a positive impact on our community. Our goal is to improve the lives of children by providing them with greater access to healthy food, tools, and resources.

Our community relations primary focus in on kids education, food security, and health. We believe that by working together, we can make a meaningful difference in the lives of children in our community and we strive to create a brighter future.

Through our giving we collaborate with local schools, nonprofits, and local food shelves to enhance access to nutritious food and remove barriers to learning.

We offer company-wide giving programs, including packing backpacks, assembling literacy kits, food drives, and our annual LDI Cares Choice Giving Campaign.

Employee Engagement

Our culture of caring starts with our employees. Each employee is empowered and encouraged to live our values and contribute to the community. To help them do that, they are afforded a day off with pay to volunteer for causes they care about. Additionally, through our Employee Direct Giving grant program, employees can nominate a charitable organization annually to receive a donation.
